ExecuteOS
About

Agreement was never the problem. Readiness was.

ExecuteOS tells a leadership team whether the people who have to execute its next priority actually understand it, believe in it and know how to act on it, then runs the sessions that close the gaps before execution starts. It was founded by an executive who kept watching agreed strategies stall and a scientist who had measured why.

The executive

He had the agreement. He didn't have the execution.

Ivan Mitov led transformation as a C-level executive in multi-billion dollar companies across Europe, the UAE and West Africa, and built products that reached millions of users. The pattern repeated in every company: the leadership team left the offsite aligned, and six months later the priority had quietly become one more thing nobody owned.

The failure was never a lack of decision. It was that nobody could say, on the day execution started, whether the teams underneath understood the priority the same way, were convinced it mattered, and had practised what it asked of them. Training was bought, consultants were hired, and the organisation kept running on its old habits.

What was missing was an operating layer between the decision and the work: a way to measure whether a team is ready to execute, and a repeatable process to make it ready. ExecuteOS is that layer.

The scientist

He measured why change fades. Then he built the mechanics that stop it.

Stavros Stavru holds a PhD in organisational transformation and spent two decades training thousands of professionals and advising hundreds of organisations. His research kept returning to one finding: capability built in a room with a trainer rarely survives contact with the team that stayed outside it.

The reason is structural. Execution happens at the team level, and a team only changes when it reaches shared understanding, shared conviction and shared practice together, with everyone present and every voice heard. No trainer can be in every room, and a slide deck does not make a group align.

So he designed interaction mechanics that let teams reach those three states without a facilitator present: structured sessions in which each person commits alone first, then the group converges on one answer, and the platform does the orchestration. Those mechanics are now patented, and they are the engine inside every ExecuteOS session.

Agreement is not readiness.

Every organisation knows how to decide. Few know, before execution starts, whether their teams are ready. ExecuteOS measures execution readiness on three dimensions, shared knowledge, conviction and practice, combines them so a weak one is never averaged away, shows the evidence behind the score, and runs the team sessions that move it. One founder brought the operating experience, the other the science. Together they turned the gap they had both lived with into a product.

How ExecuteOS works

Measured readiness. Patented mechanics. No facilitator required.

ExecuteOS is not a content library with an AI chat on top. It is a readiness engine: it reads what your team has to execute, finds the areas where alignment matters, scores the risk in each one on evidence, and generates the sessions that close the gaps.

  • ISO 27001 Certified
  • USPTO Patent Protected
  • GDPR Compliant

Readiness, not sentiment.

Each alignment area is scored on three dimensions, shared knowledge, conviction and practice, from evidence in what the team says and does. The three are combined as a geometric mean, never a plain average: a weak dimension pulls the score down hard, because execution fails at the weakest point.

Patented mechanics, not improvised AI.

Sessions run on patented interaction and progression patterns (U.S. Patent No. 12,585,326): everyone answers alone first, then the team converges and locks a shared answer. AI generates the content for your priority; the mechanics are fixed, tested and repeatable at scale.

A program, not a workshop.

One session per alignment area, in order of importance, each building shared knowledge, conviction and practice and ending in a measured result or a signed team contract. The readiness read is updated as sessions are played, so progress is measured, not assumed.
